Key Responsibilities

• Follow safe procedures for loading the delivery van including handling heavy items and manual lifting.
• Adhere strictly to safe driving practices during deliveries.
• Carry out thorough van checks before and during shifts.
• Ensure that all groceries are delivered in optimal condition to customers.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and directly connect with the customers.
• Assist in-store duties as required to support team operations.
• Effectively manage time and work independently.
• Be flexible to work shifts that may occur anytime between 6 am and 11 pm.

Candidate Requirements

• Possession of a full driving license held for at least three years with no more than six penalty points.
• Positive, friendly demeanor with a dedication to excellent customer service.
• Reliable punctuality and ability to meet deadlines consistently.
• Strong commitment to road safety and awareness of traffic regulations.
