Become a Healthcare Assistant with Connected Health Group Limited based in Longford Town, Ireland. Candidate Profile

Minimum of 3 years paid experience in home care or equivalent QQI Level 5 certification in Care Skills and Care of the Older Person, with support provided to attain certification
Possession of a full driving license and access to a vehicle
Proficient English communication skills, both spoken and written
Willingness to work alternative weekends as required
