Role Responsibilities

• Deliver personal care services to residents with kindness and dignity, including assistance with bathing, dressing, and feeding
• Motivate and support residents towards maintaining their independence
• Observe and report any changes in residents' health and well-being
• Engage residents in purposeful activities and provide companionship

Candidate Requirements

• Individuals who are empathetic, warm-hearted, and cooperative team players
• Prior experience in care is preferable but not mandatory, as comprehensive training is provided
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends
