Head of Operations

Overview

We are seeking a Head of Operations to join our team in Al Khobar, Saudi Arabia. The role involves leading daily business activities to ensure operational excellence and successful implementation of company strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage daily operational functions to maintain high-quality standards.
• Formulate and execute strategies that support the organization's goals.
• Enhance operational efficiency, productivity, and foster ongoing improvements.
• Track and analyze key performance indicators, implementing measures to meet targets.
• Provide leadership, coaching, and development for regional management personnel.
• Standardize operational procedures consistently across all branches.
• Work collaboratively with other departments to facilitate company growth and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Oversee budgeting, resource allocation, and compile performance reports.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or an equivalent discipline.
• Over 10 years of experience in retail or operations across multiple sites.
• At least 3 to 5 years of leadership role experience managing regional or operational teams.
• Robust leadership abilities with sharp analytical and decision-making skills.
• Proven expertise in managing KPIs, operational performance, and business enhancement projects.
• Exceptional communication skills and ability to manage diverse stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of business and commercial practices.
• Fluency in both Arabic and English languages.
