About the Role
The Cornish Bakery is seeking a passionate Head Barista to join their team in Portsmouth. This role offers both full-time and part-time opportunities. Key Responsibilities
- Train and mentor team members to consistently deliver excellent coffee.
- Prepare and serve the world’s best coffee beverages.
- Provide exceptional customer service to all guests.
- Assist in preparing awarded food items.
- Ensure the bakery maintains the highest standards of cleanliness and quality.
- Collaborate with the team to continually aim for improvement.
- Calibrate and maintain coffee machines and grinders to achieve perfect espresso extraction.
- Support management with bakery operations as needed.
