Compensation is stated at $30.00 per hour and up, with annual earnings mentioned as $52,000 to $72,000 depending on experience and skill level.

Job responsibilities

The craftsman will handle a range of handyman, repair, and remodeling tasks, drawing on knowledge across several trades. Work may include carpentry, tiling, painting, drywall repair, light plumbing, and basic electrical tasks. The role also requires strong communication, customer interaction, and coordination with employees, management, and office staff.

Qualifications and requirements

• Hands-on experience as a handyman or craftsman is strongly preferred
• Ability to complete minor plumbing and electrical work
• Own a standard set of tools needed for the listed trades
• Have access to a truck or van for job travel
• Hold a current and valid driver’s license
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving ability
• Good documentation and invoicing skills
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
