Role Summary

The Guest Services Representative plays a vital role in ensuring each visitor experiences exceptional and smooth service aligned with the spa’s Mission, Vision, and Values. This role demands professional, efficient, and warm hospitality, making sure guests feel welcomed and well supported throughout their visit.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring guests have a positive and memorable visit.
• Handle reservation management including confirmations, check-ins, check-outs, and gift certificate transactions using B4T system.
• Stay informed about spa services, ongoing promotions, and offerings from partner venues like Bangkok Garden.
• Accurately update and maintain guest records in accordance with company protocols.
• Professionally promote spa treatments, retail products, and services to guests.
• Contribute to daily operations by performing opening and closing routines, sustaining cleanliness, and assisting other departments as needed.
• Follow all company-defined policies, procedures, and maintain appearance and conduct standards.
• Engage actively in team meetings, fostering teamwork and collaboration within the work environment.

Qualifications

• At least one year of experience in spa, hospitality, or customer service settings.
• Proven ability to communicate effectively and manage guest relations excellently.
• Familiarity and proficiency with point-of-sale and booking systems; experience with B4T is advantageous.
• Strong organizational capabilities and meticulous attention to detail.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evening shifts and weekends.
• Reliable, punctual, and dedicated to upholding high standards of service.

Physical Requirements

• Must be able to stand for prolonged durations and occasionally lift items weighing up to 12 kilograms.
• Comfortable operating within a scented, climate-controlled indoor environment.
