About the Role
Join the team at Qasr Al Sarab Desert Resort by Anantara, a distinguished luxury brand known for its authentic Thai-inspired hospitality and global presence. Anantara Hotels & Resorts offers guests enriching experiences across breathtaking locations, and as a Guest Service Center Agent, you will play a key role in delivering warm, attentive service that leaves a lasting impression.
Key Responsibilities
- Anticipate and respond to guest needs and inquiries with helpfulness and attentiveness in line with Anantara’s renowned standards.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of hotel offerings, including room categories, rates, features, facilities, dining options, spa and health club amenities, PBX system, and promotions across Anantara properties.
- Take ownership of the quality and attitude of guest services, ensuring the highest standards are consistently met.
- Ensure all guest satisfaction issues are addressed promptly with appropriate follow-up actions.
- Demonstrate initiative by proposing innovative solutions that enhance the guest experience within Anantara.
- Foster cooperative and harmonious relationships with all hotel departments to facilitate seamless service delivery.
- Participate actively in hotel events, daily shift briefings, and ongoing training to sharpen professional skills.
Qualifications
- Diploma in hotel management or a related discipline.
- Prior experience in front office operations or guest services, preferably within luxury hotel environments.
- Proficient communication skills with fluency in both spoken and written English.
- Familiarity with front office systems and hotel PBX operations.
