Guest Experience Expert

Overview

This role is focused on creating a distinctive and memorable guest experience beyond simple check-in and check-out procedures. Experts in guest experience take initiative to offer a wide range of services to guide guests throughout their stay, ensuring service excellence at every moment. Tasks may include operational duties, managing guest requests, completing reports, and sharing information on local events and attractions, all contributing to a positive guest experience.

Responsibilities

• Proactively provide diverse services to support and enhance the guest stay.
• Perform a variety of operational and guest-related tasks efficiently.
• Complete necessary reporting related to guest services and operations.
• Communicate information about local events and points of interest to guests.
• Engage actively in physical tasks such as standing, walking for extended periods, and moving objects under 10 pounds safely.

Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum education: High school diploma or equivalent General Educational Development (GED) certificate.
