About the Role
We are seeking a Growth Manager to develop and implement growth strategies targeting key ideal customer profiles (ICPs). This full-time role operates remotely, with a weekly commitment ranging from 10 to 40 hours, and offers an annual compensation between $110,000 and $150,000.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute growth strategies, including account research, market mapping, outbound initiatives, follow-up activities, and performance monitoring across priority ICPs.
- Analyze market indicators, company events, and buyer needs to create persuasive messaging that aligns company solutions with the most lucrative opportunities.
- Lead go-to-market (GTM) campaigns by designing event plans, crafting campaign narratives, and conducting thematic market research.
- Work closely with leadership on managing high-value accounts, fostering strategic partnerships, and identifying new growth opportunities.
- Assess growth metrics, refine GTM strategies, and continuously enhance the effectiveness of top-of-funnel activities.
Candidate Requirements
- Proven experience in growth management, GTM strategy, business development, sales, venture capital, private equity, or comparable commercial roles within fast-paced and evolving environments.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, capable of simplifying complex concepts into clear, actionable messaging.
- Strong abilities in research, data analysis, and market mapping.
- Comfort with tackling ambiguous challenges from concept through to execution.
- Track record in designing outbound strategies and supporting GTM efforts to drive top-of-funnel growth.
