Willow Bridge is seeking a Groundskeeper to help maintain property appearance and support the maintenance team by completing cleaning, upkeep, and light repair tasks across common areas, vacant units, and exterior spaces.

Responsibilities

  • Inspect the property each morning and remove trash or debris from the grounds, management office, and landscaping areas.
  • Keep mailrooms tidy by collecting litter, sweeping floors, and removing outdated notices from bulletin boards.
  • Replace bulbs in shared spaces and breezeways when needed.
  • Swap out first-floor window screens when requested.
  • Support apartment make-ready work by clearing vacant units, caulking, checking appliances and smoke detectors, and replacing parts as needed.
  • Clean air vents and change filters in vacant apartments.
  • Install, relocate, and connect appliances.
  • Replace air filters in occupied apartments according to schedule.
  • Maintain the pool area by hosing it down, removing trash, and straightening furniture.
  • Carry out light painting tasks as assigned.
  • Clean vacant apartments between residents.
  • Provide support to the Maintenance Supervisor or Maintenance Technician when requested.
