Position Overview
The Graphic Designer II role offers an exciting chance to shape visual identities across multiple consumer brands in areas including ecommerce, digital marketing, retail, packaging, and print. Reporting to the Creative Manager, you will own design projects from inception through completion, collaborating closely with Marketing, Ecommerce, Product Development, Sales, and other creatives to deliver impactful and thoughtful design solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Create a wide range of marketing materials such as website graphics, landing pages, email promotions, digital ads, catalogs, sales collateral, presentations, and brand assets.
- Develop and improve digital experiences on platforms like Shopify and Klaviyo.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Ecommerce to support activities including customer acquisition, product launches, promotional and seasonal campaigns.
- Work with cross-functional teams including designers, copywriters, photographers, and product staff to conceptualize, refine, and deliver creative projects.
- Present design ideas clearly to stakeholders and justify creative choices.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, producing high-quality results within deadlines.
- Ensure consistency with brand guidelines while seeking opportunities to evolve the visual identity.
- Provide constructive feedback on peer designs to elevate overall creative work.
- Organize project files, adhere to naming conventions, and maintain detailed documentation.
- Produce precise, print- and digital-ready production files.
- Stay current with design trends, ecommerce best practices, production techniques, and consumer insights.

Qualifications
- Minimum three years’ professional graphic design experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or equivalent background.
- Robust portfolio showcasing exceptional digital and print design work.
- Experience designing marketing content for ecommerce or consumer brands.
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud apps such as Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
- Hands-on experience with Shopify design and Klaviyo (or comparable email marketing platforms).
- Strong grasp of typography, layout, color, composition, and visual hierarchy principles.
- Knowledgeable in print production and preparing artwork for production.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and time-management capabilities.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities effectively in fast-paced settings with attention to detail.
Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with HTML and CSS coding.
- Experience with consumer packaged goods (CPG), retail, or ecommerce brand design.
- Skills in motion graphics, photography, illustration, or video editing.
- Experience using project management tools such as Asana.

Compensation and Benefits
- Competitive base salary ranging from $72,000 to $90,000 annually.
