About the Role

Instalogic Marketing, a rapidly expanding full-service marketing agency based in Calgary, Alberta, is searching for a talented and innovative Graphic Designer who is passionate about the creative design process. This role involves developing visual solutions that resonate with clients through both web and print media. The designer will handle diverse projects including brand identities, advertisements, and UI designs, adjusting quickly to dynamic client needs and project changes.

Key Responsibilities

Produce clear and engaging designs across various media such as websites, brochures, logos, posters, and newsletters.
Manage multiple design projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment, adapting to shifting priorities and client requirements.
Design layouts for websites ensuring visually appealing digital interfaces.
Collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders to fulfill project goals.

Candidate Qualifications

Formal training in graphic design with at least one year of professional experience.
Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud applications, notably Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop.
Excellent organizational skills and ability to meet tight deadlines while maintaining a high level of detail orientation.
Understanding of print production processes, pre-press workflows, and web technologies.
A positive, professional demeanor compatible with team environments and capable of independent work.

Compensation and Employment Details
