Graduate Management Training Programme
The Graduate Management Trainee role offers the chance to explore leadership skills with strong support, aiming to advance to a branch manager position within approximately two years. This role has been the starting point for many senior leaders, including the current CEO.
The program includes hands-on experience in customer service, sales, marketing, finance, and operations, supported by a culture that rewards dedication through performance incentives and ongoing advancement opportunities. Training integrates classroom learning, practical on-the-job training, and mentorship to promote continuous growth.
Responsibilities
- Deliver excellent customer service by managing reservations, responding to inquiries, and interacting with diverse clients.
- Engage with local business partners to expand networks and build lasting professional relationships.
- Learn financial management principles, including cost control and analyzing profit and loss statements to maintain profitability.
- Oversee operational aspects, including fleet management, strategic planning, and enhancing performance.
- Lead and mentor your team, fostering development and managing promotions as you progress.
Qualifications
- Preferably hold a bachelor’s degree; however, relevant professional experience may be considered instead.
- Possess a full manual driving licence valid in the Republic of Ireland, UK, or EU. Accommodations are available for applicants unable to drive due to disabilities.
- No drug or alcohol-related driving offenses within the last five years.
