Role Overview

The Graduate Analyst will be responsible for implementing new business ventures and portfolios, including funds, separately managed accounts (SMAs), and varied investment strategies. This role involves maintaining the accuracy and reliability of systematic models and guiding the long-term evolution of trading initiatives. A crucial aspect is ensuring quantitative strategies are executed accurately and align with investment goals. The analyst must quickly troubleshoot production problems without causing further complications and convert research concepts into robust, scalable solutions that balance speed, robustness, and business reasoning. Collaboration with Portfolio Management, Trading, and technology teams is essential to design automated, scalable, and transparent trading infrastructures.

Candidate Requirements
