About the Role

The Government Relations & General Administration Specialist will oversee all governmental affairs, company licensing, municipal obligations, lease agreements, vehicle documentation and insurance processes, alongside broader administrative duties. This role ensures all activities adhere strictly to Saudi legal requirements while delivering effective administrative support within the company.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Manage employee visa applications, iqama issuance/renewals, sponsorship transfers, and exit procedures.
  • Handle company registrations and processes via government portals like Qiwa, Muqeem, Absher, GOSI, and Mudad.
  • Engage with government bodies to maintain regulatory compliance.
  • Track expiration dates for critical documents and coordinate timely renewals.
  • Obtain and renew Commercial Registrations, Municipality Licenses, Chamber of Commerce certifications, and other permits.
  • Oversee municipality inspections and regulatory adherence requirements.
  • Maintain comprehensive records of all licenses and statutory documents.
  • Administer lease agreements and renewals for offices, warehouses, and other premises, maintaining communication with lessors and supporting facility expansion and relocations as needed.
  • Coordinate vehicle registrations, renewals, ownership changes, licensing, inspections, and maintain corresponding documents.
  • Secure vehicle insurance quotes, manage policy issuance and renewals, handle accident claims follow-up, and keep insurance records current.
  • Direct general office management activities including maintenance, security, cleaning, supplies, equipment, assets, and vendor coordination.
  • Maintain administrative filing systems and prepare reports as required by management.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by the HR & Administration Manager.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Human Resources, or similar disciplines.
  • At least three years of professional experience handling government relations and administration in Saudi Arabia.
  • In-depth familiarity with Saudi labor laws and government procedures.
  • Competent in using Saudi government digital portals such as Qiwa, Muqeem, Absher, GOSI, and Mudad.
  • Effective communication abilities in Arabic and English.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Possession of a valid Saudi driving license is considered an advantage.
