Role Responsibilities
- Design and develop sophisticated Generative AI models aimed at addressing challenging problems.
- Work collaboratively with various teams to embed AI solutions within existing infrastructure.
- Engage in continuous research to remain current with cutting-edge NLP and AI advancements.
- Create efficient and scalable AI algorithms to improve product features.
- Provide guidance and mentor junior colleagues to promote knowledge sharing and learning.
Qualifications
Minimum: Hold a Bachelor's degree in Technology (B.Tech) or a related discipline and possess over five years of experience in Generative AI, NLP, and Artificial Intelligence with a proven history of deploying AI models successfully in production.
Preferred: Effective communication abilities to liaise with stakeholders, experience working with AI tools like TensorFlow or PyTorch, aptitude for multitasking and independent work, strong analytical and proactive problem-solving skills.
Additional Skills
Familiarity with Machine Learning, Data Analysis, Deep Learning, Python programming, and Cloud Computing is advantageous.
