Role Overview
The General Operative plays a vital role in ensuring smooth production processes aligned with quality benchmarks and production schedules. This position offers an opportunity to join a well-established and expanding company with avenues for personal growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate flexibly across different manufacturing departments within the factory.
- Achieve and surpass set production objectives.
- Follow directions from supervisors and team leaders accurately.
- Observe safety protocols, including proper use of protective gear and reporting any workplace hazards or incidents without delay.
- Comply with standards relating to quality, safety, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
- Utilize the company’s Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software as required in daily tasks.
- Maintain workplace organization and efficiency by adhering to lean manufacturing principles and 6S standards.
- Participate in all mandatory training sessions assigned by the company.
- Perform additional duties as assigned on an ad hoc basis.

- Prior experience in manufacturing settings is advantageous.
- Capability to handle physically demanding work.
- Track record of meeting or exceeding production targets.
- Punctuality and strong time management skills are essential.
