General Operative

Role Overview

The General Operative plays a vital role in ensuring smooth production processes aligned with quality benchmarks and production schedules. This position offers an opportunity to join a well-established and expanding company with avenues for personal growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate flexibly across different manufacturing departments within the factory.
• Achieve and surpass set production objectives.
• Follow directions from supervisors and team leaders accurately.
• Observe safety protocols, including proper use of protective gear and reporting any workplace hazards or incidents without delay.
• Comply with standards relating to quality, safety, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
• Utilize the company’s Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software as required in daily tasks.
• Maintain workplace organization and efficiency by adhering to lean manufacturing principles and 6S standards.
• Participate in all mandatory training sessions assigned by the company.
• Perform additional duties as assigned on an ad hoc basis.
