About the Role

3t / GTSC is looking for a seasoned General Manager to oversee and expand its Saudi Arabian operations, taking full responsibility for the profit and loss of the KSA business. Situated in Dammam, this prominent leadership position calls for a dynamic business professional with robust commercial, operational, and strategic management skills. The role involves directing a multifunctional team, maintaining vital relationships with clients and government entities, and shaping the trajectory of one of the region's premier training and workforce development organizations.

Key Responsibilities

• Steer and expand the KSA business, ensuring profitability and ownership of full P&L accountability.
• Formulate and implement business strategies that align with broader corporate goals and exploit market opportunities.
• Establish and nurture strong bonds with corporate clients, government agencies, partners, and regulatory bodies.
• Champion operational excellence, optimize service delivery, and promote continuous enhancements in training centre functions.
• Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-achieving team while advancing localisation and Saudization goals.
• Spot and leverage new opportunities to reinforce market leadership and diversify into emerging industrial segments.

Candidate Profile

• Experienced senior business executive within sectors such as training, learning, or workforce development.
• Demonstrated success in propelling commercial growth and managing business outcomes through P&L ownership.
• Solid expertise in financial, operational, and strategic leadership.
• In-depth familiarity with the KSA market’s regulations, accreditation processes, and business environment.
• Outstanding skills in stakeholder engagement, relationship management, and negotiation.
• Fluency in English is a must; proficiency in Arabic is highly desirable.
