Compensation and Benefits
The starting hourly wage is $15, with potential increases to $16 and $17 hourly as technicians advance to higher levels. The company offers seven paid holidays, two weeks of paid time off accrued within the first year, comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance, and a 401(k) retirement plan with up to 4% matching after one year of service. Weekends and holidays are generally off.
Job Responsibilities
- Install safety posts and rails to protect and secure hazardous job sites.
- Use electronic devices to track inventory and complete job orders.
- Communicate with dispatch teams to optimize routing efficiency.
- Operate and maintain company work trucks according to standards.
Training and Equipment Provided
- Complete required OSHA safety training.
- Receive all necessary tools for daily tasks.
- Use company trucks for travel to and from job locations.

Candidate Requirements
- Competence with mobile applications.
- Valid driver’s license plus a minimum of three years verifiable driving experience.
- Strong teamwork skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, diverse environment.
