About the Role

Join MSD Australia & New Zealand as a General Hand - Dispatch at our Brisbane manufacturing site in Murarrie, Queensland. Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately pick, pack, label, and prepare customer orders for dispatch, ensuring timely delivery.
  • Organize and maintain stock within the dispatch warehouse safely and efficiently.
  • Store goods correctly in their designated locations to ensure easy retrieval.
  • Maintain cleanliness, security, and good housekeeping standards in the warehouse at all times.
  • Assist with stocktakes, deliveries, and collections as required.
  • Adhere to Quality, Environmental Health & Safety, and company operational procedures during all tasks.
  • Maintain precise documentation and comply fully with all standard operating procedures, policies, and guidelines.
  • Complete Pharmacovigilance training to report any adverse events or product quality issues promptly.
  • Identify and report hazards, risks, and environmental concerns appropriately.
  • Support audit processes, inspections, corrective actions, and ongoing environmental health and safety improvements.
  • Contribute ideas and actions for continuous process and quality improvements.

Candidate Requirements

  • Proficient computer skills, especially with Microsoft Word and Excel; familiarity with SAP is a plus.
  • Physically capable of handling manual labor associated with warehouse duties.
  • Well-organized, methodical, and adaptable with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Customer-centric with a mindset geared toward continuous improvement.
  • Exhibit emotional intelligence demonstrating empathy, resilience, and the ability to adjust to change.
  • A team player who actively collaborates across functions to meet objectives.
  • Uphold strong ethics and integrity, responsibly using company assets.
