Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Game Designer to support the entire game incubation lifecycle. This role involves developing and fine-tuning game mechanics, levels, and systems as well as iterating on creative game ideas and concepts.
Key Responsibilities
- Contribute to all phases of game incubation including design and refinement of mechanics, levels, and systems.
- Collect, organize, and prioritize game ideas to facilitate prototyping and development processes.
- Plan and conduct playtesting sessions to obtain feedback and improve game design iteratively.
- Manage multiple ongoing game development projects, ensuring deadlines are met and obstacles are minimized.
- Collaborate closely with developers and other team members to maintain clear communication and seamless progress across development stages.
Qualifications and Requirements
- A bachelor's degree or above in Game Design, Computer Science, or related disciplines.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating experience and skills in game design.
- Background in game development emphasizing prototyping, designing, and playtesting games.
- Proficiency with game engines like Unity and Unreal Engine, plus relevant design tools.
- Flexibility in adapting to evolving requirements and priorities during the game development process.
