Jovie invites caring individuals to join its on-call team serving multiple families in the Redondo Beach, CA area. This role is perfectly suited for those with babysitting, daycare, nanny, or church nursery experience, including retired teachers or professionals looking for flexible work around their schedules.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide in-home childcare without the need to transport children.
• Perform minimal household tasks limited to tidying up within the scope of childcare activities and meal times.
• Care for children from infancy through toddlers, focusing mainly on those under 2 years old.
• Create a safe and engaging environment by offering hands-on and age-appropriate activities based on children’s developmental needs.

Compensation and Benefits

• The pay rate ranges from $20 to $22 per hour.

Candidate Requirements

• Applicants must be at least 18 years of age.

• Availability to work any three or more weekdays for shifts lasting between 6 to 8 hours anytime from 7 AM to 7 PM.
