Full-Time Overnight Associate

Position Overview

This position involves delivering excellent customer service by performing assigned duties linked to receiving and managing the merchandise flow to the sales floor. Key responsibilities include unloading trailers, moving pallets, supporting merchandise processing, all within a safe and clean workplace. Collaboration with team members is essential to efficiently plan and manage tasks according to workload and operational demands.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare the sales floor for store opening each day.
• Set up merchandise, create displays, and apply signage for featured products.
• Conduct live unloading of various merchandise types.
• Focus on labeling and organizing merchandise in inventory bins and shelving within the backroom, differentiating this role from day or evening fulfillment positions.
• Transport pallets of merchandise between the sales floor and backroom during overnight hours for processing.
• Stock sales floor merchandise as assigned and assist customers when needed.
• Ensure proper labeling on sales floor for store opening readiness.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and hazard-free environment by strictly following company policies and procedures, including completing safety logs and securing displays and fixtures.

Compensation

The starting wage for this role is $16.90 per hour.
