Job Details

• Hourly pay ranges from $20 to $22, with overtime hourly rates between $30 and $33.
• Assignments are primarily Monday through Friday, with 6 to 9-hour shifts scheduled between 7 AM and 7 PM.

Candidate Profile

• A passion for working with children, showing creativity and active involvement in daily activities.
• Effective communication with parents and colleagues is essential.
• Availability for at least five days per week and the ability to commit to 6-9 hour shifts.
• Possession of dependable transportation and a valid driver’s license to commute to different family homes.
• Minimum of one year of daily infant care experience.
• Ability to provide three references: two related to childcare experience (paid or volunteer) and one character reference.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
