Full-Time Cleaner

Position Summary

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Cleaner to maintain the cleanliness and hygiene of a property located in Echuca, Victoria. This role is essential for creating a safe and pleasant environment for staff, tenants, and visitors.

Working Hours and Reporting

This position requires working from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday, reporting directly to the Site Supervisor.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Ensure thorough cleaning and sanitisation of office areas, meeting rooms, and communal spaces.
• Perform floor maintenance including vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, and cleaning carpets and windows as necessary.
• Keep kitchens and restrooms stocked with supplies.
• Collect and appropriately dispose of waste and recycling materials.
• Follow established cleaning schedules and respond to any immediate cleaning needs.
• Maintain accurate records documenting completed cleaning tasks.
• Report any maintenance or repair issues promptly to management.
• Use cleaning chemicals and equipment safely, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Experience in a cleaning role is preferred but not mandatory.
• Effective time management skills with the ability to deliver high-quality results.
• Basic understanding of cleaning substances and equipment.
• Dependable, punctual, and able to adhere to scheduled working hours.
• Capability to work cooperatively in a team and independently as needed.
