Full-stack Developer

About the Role

We are seeking a Full-stack Developer based in Viman Nagar, Pune, with 1-5 years of experience or a strong practical portfolio. This position involves transforming complex operational challenges into straightforward, dependable internal tools. The role goes beyond just coding; it requires understanding workflows deeply, questioning assumptions, and taking end-to-end ownership from problem identification to solution adoption.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with business users to observe workflows and translate ambiguous challenges into well-defined technical requirements.
• Develop Python-based automation tools, internal web applications, APIs, and workflows for data processing.
• Design and implement clean, responsive front-end interfaces using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript; experience with React or similar frameworks is beneficial though not required.
• Work with databases, file handling, browser automation, and integrate with third-party systems as needed.
• Conduct thorough testing, manage errors, document essential logic, and ensure tools are maintainable for future updates.
• Manage deployment processes, packaging, collect user feedback, debug issues, and iteratively improve applications post-launch.

• Ability to rapidly progress from understanding a problem to delivering a working prototype.
• High reliability and robust error handling, along with good user adoption of the developed tools.
• Efficiency gains measured by saved business hours and fewer operational errors.

Candidate Profile

• Strong foundation in Python programming with practical skills in SQL and web development.
• Experience with web frameworks such as Flask, FastAPI, or Django; familiarity with automation tools like Selenium or Playwright is a plus.
• Good aesthetic sense for creating simple and user-friendly front ends without unnecessary complexity.
• Ability to think independently, patiently debug issues, and clearly articulate trade-offs.
• Demonstrable portfolio showcasing problem-solving abilities is valued more than formal academic qualifications.

Compensation

Salary is aligned with demonstrated skills, ownership level, and the complexity of problems tackled, ranging between 20000 to 50000 INR per month.
