Role Overview
We seek a seasoned Full Cycle Recruiter to join our expanding Talent team, reporting to the Head of Talent. This role involves orchestrating recruitment strategies for both technical and non-technical positions, focusing on attracting outstanding talent and delivering a superior candidate experience. The recruiter will be a key individual contributor working closely with leadership and hiring managers to implement hiring plans, build robust pipelines, and ensure swift, precise recruitment processes.
Responsibilities
- Manage complete recruitment lifecycle for assigned roles, from initial kickoff through offer acceptance.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to apply defined hiring strategies and interview plans effectively.
- Source and engage high-quality passive candidates using innovative techniques and modern tools.
- Maintain a strong candidate pipeline aligned with current and anticipated hiring needs.
- Screen candidates to assess alignment with role requirements, company values, and team dynamics.
- Ensure an exceptional candidate experience through proactive communication, prompt responses, organization, and thoughtful follow-up.
- Maintain momentum throughout the recruitment process, ensuring candidates progress efficiently.
- Keep hiring managers regularly informed with market insights and hiring status updates.
- Accurately document candidate information, interview feedback, and recruitment data using Greenhouse.
- Partner with Recruiting Operations to guarantee a seamless interview, offer, and onboarding process.
- Represent the company professionally and positively in all candidate interactions.
- Contribute ideas to enhance recruitment procedures, efficiency, and the overall candidate experience.
Qualifications
- 5 to 7 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting.
- A humble, team-centered approach that prioritizes collective success and mission over individual accolades.
- A strong dedication to the company mission, recognizing the importance of hiring in supporting frontline personnel.
- Proven experience recruiting in startup or high-growth environments, preferably within technology startups.
- Track record of successfully recruiting both technical and non-technical roles, particularly software engineers and technical specialists.
- Expertise in sourcing and engaging passive candidates effectively.
- Ability to juggle multiple hiring projects while maintaining strong organization and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Aptitude to thrive in dynamic, fast-paced settings with rapidly changing priorities.
- A balance of urgency and sound judgment in decision-making.
- Commitment to providing an outstanding candidate experience.
- Comfortable working under leadership guidance while building trusted relationships with hiring managers.
- A genuine ambition to grow as a skilled individual contributor rather than pursuing immediate managerial responsibilities.
Preferred Experience
- Recruiting for Defense Technology companies.
- Experience hiring candidates with active U.S. security clearances.
- Familiarity with government contracting or national security sectors.
- Proficiency with recruiting tools such as Greenhouse, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Gem.
