Overview
This role involves complete ownership of the product lifecycle and program effectiveness across New, Refinance, and Used business lines. The goal is to balance growth, profitability, and portfolio quality in alignment with the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) strategy.
Primary Responsibilities
- Lead program management initiatives for both Subvention and Non-Subvention schemes to meet targets related to disbursement, penetration, and yields.
- Handle dealer commercial parameters such as Weighted Internal Rate of Return (WIRR), Processing Fees, Standard and Annual Program Commissions, and Subvention Ratios to ensure optimal commercial structuring that balances competitiveness against profitability.
- Develop and launch new financial products and programs that align with market demands, OEM requirements, and competitive benchmarks.
- Continuously improve existing programs by incorporating dealer and customer feedback, aiming for competitiveness and minimizing credit and portfolio risks.
- Regularly audit live programs to verify compliance and consistency with their designed parameters.
- Analyze program performance focusing on portfolio quality metrics like Days Past Due (DPD), Non-Performing Assets (NPA) trends, customer segmentation behavior, and risk-return balances, recommending corrective measures when needed.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as Credit, Risk, Sales, and OEM as well as the dealer network to ensure clear communication, guidelines, and training to facilitate program success.
Qualifications and Experience
The ideal candidate should have between seven to ten years of relevant professional experience and must be any graduate.
