About the Role
The London Heathrow Marriott Hotel is seeking a dedicated Front Office Supervisor to enhance guest experiences at one of the world's premier hotel brands. This full-time position requires a commitment of 40 hours per week at our Hayes location.
Job Responsibilities
- Manage daily guest service operations to ensure efficient and seamless service delivery.
- Lead and train front office staff to uphold superior customer service standards.
- Coordinate guest check-in and check-out processes with accuracy and promptness.
- Address guest inquiries and resolve complaints tactfully and swiftly.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in guest service areas.
- Enforce health, safety, and hygiene protocols maintaining a secure environment.
- Record guest interactions, transactions, and staff performance data meticulously.
- Assist with managing inventory and ordering supplies as necessary.
- Implement service improvements based on guest feedback to elevate their experience.
- Collaborate across departments to fulfill guest requests ensuring operational harmony.
Safety and Company Policies
- Adhere strictly to the company's safety, security, and operational policies.
- Report maintenance issues, accidents, injuries, and unsafe conditions promptly to management.
- Complete all required safety training and certifications.
- Maintain a clean and professional uniform and appearance.

- Communicate clearly and professionally with colleagues and guests.
- Foster positive workplace relationships and promote teamwork.
- Support the team in achieving shared objectives.

Preferred Qualifications
- Completion of high school education or a GED equivalent.
- Minimum of one year of experience in a customer service or related front office role.
