Role Overview

As a Front Office Agent, your main responsibility is to deliver a smooth and professional front desk experience. This involves managing guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently, handling cashier duties accurately, and providing customized information and assistance to guests. Emphasis is placed on delivering personalized service and ensuring top-tier guest satisfaction throughout their stay.

Qualifications and Skills

Applicants should have at least one year of experience in a comparable position at a recognized international luxury hotel or resort and hold a bachelor's degree in a related field. Familiarity with Opera Cloud software is advantageous. Strong communication skills, interpersonal abilities, professionalism, and a passion for excellent guest service are essential. Proficiency in languages such as Chinese, German, or French is highly desirable given the diverse guest profile.
