About the Role
The H+ Hotel & SPA Friedrichroda, a modern 4-star property with 153 rooms located in the scenic Thuringian Forest near the Rennsteig trail, is part of the Revo Hospitality Group. As a Front Office Agent, you will be the first point of contact for holidaymakers, wellness seekers, and business travelers who value a natural setting, upscale comfort, and personalized hospitality. The hotel's culinary offerings include a diverse breakfast buffet, a restaurant serving regional and international cuisine, and a bar for relaxed evening gatherings.
Key Responsibilities
- Warmly welcome and assist guests as the primary reception representative.
- Manage smooth operations from guest check-in through check-out.
- Liaise and coordinate efficiently with all hotel departments to ensure superior guest service.
- Handle cash operations accurately and manage front office billing responsibly.
- Address individual guest requests with dedication, attentiveness, and a service-driven approach.
Candidate Profile
- Completed training in hospitality or relevant experience as a career changer with a passion for guest service.
- Strong service orientation and ability to create a genuine welcoming atmosphere.
- Proficient English communication skills, both spoken and written, to interact daily with international guests.
- Organizational skills and capability to juggle multiple tasks effectively, even during busy periods.
