About the Role
HookedCRM is seeking a Front-End Developer to craft the core user interfaces that customers interact with daily, including calling workspaces, dashboards, and AI assistant screens. This position involves close collaboration with design and product teams to deliver polished, responsive, and uniquely Hooked user experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop new features using React, Next.js, and TypeScript frameworks.
- Convert Figma design files into precise, accessible user interfaces that match design specifications pixel-by-pixel.
- Enhance application performance, improve animations, and refine interaction quality across the product.
- Collaborate with design colleagues to implement motion, micro-interactions, and consistent component patterns.
- Support and expand the design system used throughout the app.
Qualifications
- Minimum of three years experience delivering front-end applications in production environments.
- Proficiency in TypeScript, React, Next.js, and modern CSS techniques; knowledge of Tailwind CSS is advantageous.
- Strong aesthetic sense regarding layout, typography, and motion design.
- Commitment to accessibility standards, including support for keyboard navigation and screen readers.
- Experience interpreting and implementing design assets from Figma with high fidelity.
Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with animation libraries such as Framer Motion or GSAP.
- Experience with design system tools like Storybook or Radix.
- Background or interest in design or motion graphics.
