Position Overview

We are seeking a Front Desk Attendant to work full-time on-site in Accra. This position involves welcoming customers, handling garment intake and delivery, and managing the check-in and check-out systems for laundry orders. The attendant will respond to phone calls, address client questions, and provide details about services, prices, and estimated completion times.

Key Duties

• Maintaining precise records and updating order logs promptly.
• Processing payments and coordinating with operations to ensure timely service delivery.
• Keeping the reception area organized and clean.
• Monitoring customer feedback and assisting with administrative responsibilities as required.

Candidate Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
• Experience with receptionist responsibilities and professional phone etiquette.
• Competent clerical skills, including basic data entry and recordkeeping.
• Strong attention to detail and capability to handle multiple customer requests efficiently.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with payment or order management systems.
• Previous experience in front desk, hospitality, retail, or service sectors is desirable.
• Ability to maintain a courteous, professional, and friendly attitude consistently.
• Minimum education required is a high school diploma or equivalent; additional customer service training will be advantageous.
