About Revo Hospitality Group and Vienna House Easy

The Vienna House Easy by Wyndham Frankfurt Airport, managed by Revo Hospitality Group, is a full-service hotel conveniently connected to the international Frankfurt Airport. After recent renovation, the hotel offers 150 rooms, the Cantinetta Popolare restaurant with seating for 120 guests, a spacious outdoor terrace, and a conference area with seven event rooms covering 410 m² accommodating up to 250 people. Additional amenities include a wellness area and 180 outdoor parking spaces onsite.

Job Responsibilities

Welcome and assist guests as the first point of contact at the reception desk.
Ensure smooth operations from check-in through check-out processes.
Coordinate and communicate effectively with all hotel departments to deliver optimal guest experiences.
Manage cash handling procedures and accurately perform front office accounting.
Address and fulfill individual guest requests with dedication, attentiveness, and a service-oriented approach.

Candidate Profile

Completed vocational training in hospitality or relevant first experience as a career changer with enthusiasm for guest service.
Strong service mindset and ability to make guests feel genuinely welcomed.
Good command of English in speaking and writing for routine communication with international guests.
Organizational skills and the capability to multitask effectively, even during busy or stressful periods.
