Overview
This opportunity is for fresh graduates aiming to build a career in retail customer service. The role involves direct interaction with customers to ensure a smooth and satisfactory experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the main contact point for customers throughout their journey.
- Facilitate a positive experience across all customer touchpoints.
- Engage customers proactively to comprehend their needs and expectations.
- Manage queries, complaints, and escalations effectively.
- Resolve issues promptly while upholding high service standards.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address customer problems.
- Monitor and enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
- Identify customers at risk of churn and implement preventive measures.
- Gather and relay customer feedback to relevant departments.
- Suggest improvements to processes to elevate customer experience.
- Keep detailed records of all customer interactions.
- Track key performance indicators like CSAT, response times, and resolution durations.
Terms and Conditions
- Contract duration is six months.
- Salary is fixed at 3500 AED per month.
