Role overview

We are seeking a junior-level Data Analyst in Australia for a full-time, on-site role. This opportunity is designed for recent graduates and early-career candidates who want to develop practical expertise in analytics and business intelligence while working with real business data.

What you will do

• Gather data from multiple systems and sources.
• Clean, structure, and maintain datasets for analysis and reporting.
• Create reports and dashboards that turn raw data into useful insights.
• Study data to spot trends, patterns, and areas where performance can improve.
• Support the accuracy and reliability of company data.
• Assist with ongoing analytics assignments and cross-functional reporting needs.
• Track key performance indicators and help communicate findings.
• Document analysis methods and contribute to workflow and process improvements.

What we are looking for

The right candidate will be detail-focused, analytical, and enthusiastic about working with data. Strong problem-solving ability and clear communication are important, along with the ability to present information in a simple and structured way. Excel skills are required, and experience with SQL, Power BI, Tableau, Google Data Studio, or similar tools will be considered an advantage. A basic understanding of statistics, data visualization, and database fundamentals is helpful but not mandatory.
