About the role
This is a full-time remote opening for a junior Data Insights Analyst. The position is designed for early-career professionals, including recent graduates and candidates who are beginning their journey in data analytics, business intelligence, and reporting. The role focuses on turning raw information into practical insights that help guide business decisions.
What you will do
- Gather data from several sources and prepare it for analysis by cleaning and organizing it.
- Study the data to spot trends, patterns, and useful takeaways for the business.
- Create reports, dashboards, and visual presentations for internal stakeholders.
- Support KPI monitoring and help evaluate business performance.
- Work to improve data quality, accuracy, and consistency across reporting outputs.
- Partner with other teams to understand their reporting requirements and analytical needs.
- Record analytical methods and help refine reporting processes and data workflows.
What we are looking for
The right candidate should be a thoughtful problem-solver with strong analytical ability and a sharp eye for detail. Excel skills are essential. Exposure to SQL, Power BI, Tableau, Google Data Studio, or similar analytics platforms will be considered a plus. A basic grasp of statistics, reporting, and data visualization is helpful, though not mandatory. Clear communication skills and the confidence to explain findings in a simple way are also important.
