Mindrift connects professionals worldwide with cutting-edge AI projects to foster the development of advanced AI technologies. We seek a skilled Presentation Designer for the Tendem project to craft high-quality presentations that effectively communicate complex ideas. This part-time remote role is suited for creative individuals with experience in visual communication, storytelling, and information design.

Key Responsibilities

• Create impactful pitch decks and one-pagers tailored to distinct audiences.
• Convert complex datasets into clear, minimalist visual narratives emphasizing information hierarchy.
• Enhance presentations with custom typography, refined animations, and consistent aesthetics.
• Maintain a polished and professional style that blends corporate sophistication with creative flair.
• Ensure all deliverables meet high formatting standards, including precise visual alignment and brand consistency.

Qualification and Experience

• Preferably at least 2 years of experience in graphic or presentation design, visual storytelling, or data visualization.
• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communications, or related fields is advantageous.
• A portfolio showcasing advanced presentations, pitch decks, and data visualizations with strong emphasis on pacing and storytelling is mandatory.
• Individual must demonstrate strong attention to detail and ability to independently solve design challenges.
• Proficient English skills at an upper-intermediate level (B2) or higher are required.

Technical Skills

• Expert usage of presentation software such as PowerPoint and Keynote to develop intricate and animated decks.
• Advanced proficiency in design tools including Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop) or Figma for customized graphics.
• Ability to transform complex data into organized, clean visual presentations.
• Strong skills in typography and creating elegant animations to produce premium quality outputs.

Additional Information

• Applicants must have active portfolios linked within their CVs featuring relevant high-quality presentation work; applications lacking these will not be considered.
• Project commitments typically require an estimated 10-20 hours weekly during active phases, though workload may vary.
• Compensation can reach up to $50 per hour depending on the contributor's expertise and output pace, varying by project scope.
