ProHR Strategies Pvt. Ltd. is hiring an independent Freelance HR Recruiter to work remotely from anywhere in India. The role is suited to a self-driven professional who can run the recruitment process end to end and consistently close positions with quality candidates. The position is freelance and performance-linked.

What You Will Do

• Manage complete recruitment cycles for allocated roles.
• Interpret client hiring needs and build practical sourcing plans.
• Find candidates through job boards, professional networks, social media, personal databases, referrals, and networking channels.
• Review resumes and conduct initial telephonic conversations.
• Evaluate candidates for both technical capability and behavioral suitability.
• Set up interviews and coordinate smoothly between candidates and clients.
• Track interview schedules and ensure timely follow-ups.
• Handle salary discussions and support offer roll-out.
• Stay in touch with candidates until they join successfully.
• Maintain recruitment trackers and provide regular progress updates.
• Develop and keep an active candidate database for future requirements.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment.
• Prior exposure to multiple industries and job functions is an advantage.
• Strong written and verbal communication along with good people skills.
• Ability to work autonomously with limited supervision.
• Solid sourcing and headhunting capability.
• Self-motivated, target-focused, and accountable in delivery.
• Experience sourcing profiles for at least one of these sectors in India: FMCG, NBFC, BFSI, Manufacturing, Infrastructure, Pharma, or TIC.

Preferred Skills

You should be comfortable sourcing through professional networks, online platforms, social channels, and referrals, while also handling negotiation, stakeholder coordination, multiple open positions, and disciplined time management.

Work Setup

• This is a fully remote freelance assignment.
• You are expected to arrange your own job portal access.
• You will need access to social media and professional networking platforms.
• A stable internet connection is required.
• You must have a laptop or computer.
• A mobile phone is also required.
• The company will provide job requirements and recruitment support as needed.

Compensation and Engagement

This opportunity is paid on a performance basis. The initial engagement period is 3 months. Earnings range from 4% to 10% of the recruitment fee received by ProHR Strategies for each successful closure. The share paid depends on role complexity, client billing, and your individual performance. Payment is made only after the candidate joins and the client settles the relevant payment terms.

Your performance will be reviewed after the first 3 months. Consistent closures, strong hiring quality, professionalism, and good client satisfaction may lead to a longer-term association or confirmation, depending on business requirements.
