About the Role

LSD Cloud Technologies LLP invites skilled Freelance HR Recruiters to become part of their recruitment team, working completely from home. This opportunity offers flexible hours and performance-based earnings with ongoing support from a dedicated recruitment team.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and attract candidates using various channels such as job portals, social media platforms, and referrals.
Evaluate and shortlist applicants according to the specific job criteria.
Organize and coordinate interview schedules efficiently.
Maintain consistent communication with candidates until their successful onboarding.
Keep detailed recruitment records and provide regular updates on hiring progress.

Candidate Requirements

Possess at least 2 to 3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
Demonstrate a solid understanding of recruitment processes and hiring practices.
Exhibit strong skills in sourcing and screening candidates.
Have excellent communication abilities and follow-up discipline.
Show capability to close job openings within specified timelines.
Access to a laptop or mobile device with reliable internet connectivity is mandatory.

Compensation Details

Earn ₹5,000 for each candidate successfully recruited.
Payments are staggered: ₹2,500 after two weeks post-joining upon receipt of the first salary/payment by the candidate, and the remaining ₹2,500 after six weeks of candidate’s successful employment.
Weekly payments are processed after candidate eligibility verification.
