Mindrift connects experts with cutting-edge technology initiatives, aiming to advance quality AI developments by integrating specialized real-world knowledge globally. The Tendem project requires a skilled Graphic Designer to produce superior visual assets for practical applications.

Role Overview

This freelance, part-time, remote role involves crafting high-quality visual designs including layouts, infographics, social media templates, and marketing collateral. The designer will use industry-standard software to clearly organize information and create polished communications that reflect professional standards.

Primary Responsibilities

Develop clean, modern designs with clear visual hierarchy ensuring content readability and engagement.
Design reusable and visually appealing templates for diverse social media platforms and one-pagers.
Enhance materials using advanced typography, grid systems, and considered composition techniques.
Convert abstract data and concepts into polished marketing visuals tailored to specific communication goals.
Maintain strict quality control by verifying visual consistency in alignment, color, and layout before delivery.

Candidate Requirements

Preferably 1 to 2 years of experience in graphic or digital design and visual communications.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related creative disciplines is advantageous.
A diverse portfolio demonstrating expertise in social media graphics, marketing materials, and layout design.
Strong mastery of typography, composition, and grid systems with an adaptable, detail-conscious approach.
Proficient use of Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and Figma for varied visual production tasks.
Ability to independently handle multiple visual design projects simultaneously.

English language proficiency at upper-intermediate level (B2) or above is essential.

Additional Details

This is project-based freelance work with workload varying based on the active status of projects.
Estimated time commitment ranges from 10 to 20 hours weekly during active project phases, but is not guaranteed.
Compensation can reach up to $45 per hour equivalent depending on contribution level and project complexity.
