Role Overview
Mindrift is seeking a highly adaptable Graphic Designer to contribute to the Tendem project and support specialized data-scraping workflows within a hybrid AI plus human setup. In this freelance position, you’ll work alongside Tendem Agents that manage repetitive activities, while you bring design judgment, subject-matter understanding, and layout expertise to shape rough ideas into refined, professional deliverables.
This is a part-time remote opportunity suited to creative professionals with practical experience in visual communication, layout creation, and a variety of marketing-focused design formats.

Project Details
This freelance assignment is part of the Tendem project. The work centers on layouts, infographics, social media templates, and overall visual refinement. The ideal candidate is a well-rounded designer who can manage varied visual tasks and use standard industry tools to organize information in a clear and effective way.
What You Will Do
- Create tidy layouts, contemporary infographics, and strong visual structure that keeps content easy to read and engaging.
- Develop reusable, high-impact templates for different social media platforms, along with concise one-pagers.
- Improve routine materials through advanced typography, careful grid use, and deliberate composition.
- Convert raw concepts and data into polished visual outputs that support marketing and communication objectives.
- Maintain design standards by checking alignment, color treatment, and layout consistency before delivery.

Work Arrangement

Time Commitment
