Overview
Mindrift invites skilled Brand Designers to contribute to the Tendem project, an initiative integrating human expertise with AI workflows. This flexible, part-time remote position is ideal for creative professionals experienced in crafting brand visuals and maintaining cohesive brand identities.

Mindrift connects domain experts with cutting-edge AI projects from leading technology companies worldwide, aiming to harness the power of Generative AI through specialized expertise.
The Brand Designer role centers on developing foundational brand assets and ensuring consistent visual language across all channels. You will collaborate with Tendem Agents who manage routine tasks while you focus on strategic brand development and design integrity.
Key Responsibilities
- Create essential brand elements such as logos, comprehensive visual identities, and color palettes.
- Organize and deliver various versions of these core brand components systematically.
- Ensure brand consistency across all materials including pitch decks and social media content by acting as the guardian of brand standards.
- Develop scalable and durable visual systems that meet contemporary design principles.
- Validate design quality across multiple platforms to guarantee flawless brand presentation in both digital and print formats.
Required Experience and Qualifications
- Minimum of two years' experience in brand design, graphic design, art direction, or visual communications preferred.
- Educational background in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Communication Design, or similar fields is advantageous.
- Expertise in brand identity creation, including scalable logos, unique color schemes, and typography systems.
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and Figma for developing and managing brand assets.
- Demonstrated skill in adapting brand visuals effectively across diverse media such as digital campaigns and print materials.
- Capability to architect clear brand guidelines, style guides, and organized asset libraries for team use.
- English language proficiency at an upper-intermediate level (B2) or higher is mandatory.

Workload and Compensation
This freelance engagement expects active involvement around 10 to 20 hours weekly during periods of project activity; this is an estimate and not a guaranteed minimum.
The payment can reach up to $40 per hour based on contribution level and speed. Compensation rates may vary between projects depending on complexity and role requirements.
