Role Overview

We seek a top-tier founding associate intern—a versatile generalist comfortable driving cross-departmental initiatives including mergers & acquisitions, venture and business development, data analytics, automation, finance, sales, operations, and fundraising. This position demands a quick learner with intelligence, ambition, and humility.

The role involves diverse responsibilities: from recruiting and onboarding operational teams at new rollout sites to developing automation systems deployed across all locations. No two weeks are the same, offering dynamic experiences in a high-energy start-up environment.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Exceptional generalist capable of identifying and connecting insights across various functions.
• Experience in fast-growing settings such as hypergrowth start-ups, venture capital, growth equity, private equity, investment banking, or strategic consulting, with a proven track record of high-quality results.
• Strong multitasking abilities combined with excellent organizational skills and flexibility to manage changing priorities.
• Proactive communication, teamwork orientation, and a service mindset paired with high personal integrity.
• Passion for entrepreneurship and the start-up sector, with a hunger to learn, expand skills, and contribute significantly to an operations-heavy enterprise.
• Currently enrolled in a bachelor's program (beyond 4th semester) or a master's program, preferably in a business-related field at a top-tier university.
• Fluent in German at C2 level, mandatory for this role.
