Job Details

Hourly wage ranges from $15 to $28 with the final rate meeting or exceeding the minimum wage for the position's location. Additional earnings are possible through annual or quarterly performance bonuses. There may also be hourly premiums from $0.35 to $3.00 based on schedule, facility, season, or task specifics, with multiple premiums possibly applying concurrently.

Work Schedule and Location

This part-time role offers shifts primarily during mid-shift and closing hours at the Walmart Supercenter #4130 located at 5754 Kyle Parkway, Kyle, TX 78640.

Role Overview

As a Food and Consumables Team Associate, your main responsibilities revolve around customer service and effective merchandising. You will handle moving merchandise from receiving to the sales floor and design seasonal display features aligned with customer needs.
