Role Summary
This full-time, on-site position in Doha, Qatar focuses on preparing ingredients, assembling burgers and other menu items to standardized recipes, and making sure each plate meets the company’s quality and presentation expectations. You will keep your station neat and organized, follow hygiene and food safety practices, handle basic cooking tasks, restock supplies, support the kitchen during busy periods, and communicate clearly with coworkers to keep service moving smoothly. When needed, you may also assist guests with simple service tasks or respond to basic questions.
Qualifications
- Experience with food preparation and basic cooking methods is important.
- Familiarity with food service and food and beverage operations is expected.
- Strong customer service ability is useful for occasional guest interaction.
- Understanding of food safety, hygiene, and proper use of kitchen equipment is required.
- You should be able to remain on your feet for long periods, work well in a busy environment, and follow instructions carefully.
- Prior work in a restaurant, café, or fast-food kitchen is an advantage, though not mandatory.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, is needed.
- Basic English communication skills are required; knowledge of other languages is a plus.
