Position Overview

As a Food & Beverage Supervisor reporting to the Food and Beverage Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring guests receive welcoming, efficient service in all food and drink operations. This role demands maintaining high standards in hospitality delivery, sales enhancement, and compliance with operational procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver food and beverage service in accordance with established standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Ensure timely preparation and continuous upkeep of food and beverage areas.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness throughout food and beverage zones.
• Manage environmental comfort by controlling heating, lighting, and multimedia elements such as music and televisions.
• Provide friendly, efficient service to guests at all times to enhance their experience.
• Increase sales through active and strategic upselling techniques.
• Complete daily SOP and training checklists to uphold service quality and staff performance.
• Carry out regular cleaning checklists daily and weekly to ensure hygienic standards are met.

Candidate Requirements

• Experience working in 3 or 4-star hotels is preferable but not mandatory.
• Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-volume hospitality environments.
• Fluent English proficiency coupled with excellent communication skills.
• Experience with Micros point of sale system is an advantage.
• Flexibility to work various shifts including weekdays, midweek, and weekends.
• Strong team player with a dedicated and hardworking attitude.
