Role Overview

As a Food & Beverage Intern at MGallery Hotel Collection in Doha, you will be pivotal in enhancing guest experiences across our restaurants and lounges. Your role involves assisting the Food & Beverage team in delivering warm, customized, and memorable service that upholds the brand's elegant hospitality standards.

Responsibilities

• Assist daily operations in restaurants, bars, and event settings with Food & Beverage service.
• Support service during meals and banquets, ensuring smooth and pleasant guest interactions.
• Prepare tables and service areas to meet brand standards before shifts.
• Welcome and interact with guests, offering attentive and courteous service.
• Learn and implement service protocols, upselling techniques, and menu details.
• Collaborate effectively with team members to maintain efficient operations and timely service.
• Adhere to hygiene and safe handling of food, beverages, and related equipment.
• Contribute during events, themed occasions, and special promotions with proactive involvement.
• Show eagerness to learn and adapt across various Food & Beverage areas.
• Provide constructive feedback and suggestions to enhance service quality and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications and Skills

• Currently enrolled in studies related to Hospitality, Tourism, or similar fields.
• Strong enthusiasm for Food & Beverage service and guest experience excellence.
• Possesses a positive attitude, professional appearance, and strong teamwork qualities.
• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Motivated to learn, flexible, and initiative-taking in a dynamic work environment.
• Basic knowledge of hygiene and safety standards is beneficial.
