Food & Beverage Director

Job Overview

Dreamscape Hospitality is looking for a proactive and experienced Food & Beverage Director to lead its hospitality division in Galveston, TX. This leadership position is key to enhancing our dining and beverage offerings while driving operational excellence and business expansion in a lively hospitality setting.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations across all food and beverage venues including restaurants, bars, catering services, and room service.
• Formulate and implement strategies aimed at improving guest satisfaction, boosting revenue, and optimizing operational workflows.
• Direct and inspire a diverse team of managers, supervisors, and staff to uphold exemplary service and quality standards.
• Oversee financial outcomes, manage cost controls, and prepare detailed budgets and forecasts.
• Ensure all food safety, health, and sanitation protocols are rigorously followed in accordance with regulations.
• Work closely with various departments to develop promotional initiatives, menu offerings, and special events.
• Lead continuous staff training and professional development initiatives to sustain high service standards.
• Evaluate customer feedback and market trends to pinpoint areas of improvement and innovation.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Demonstrated experience in a Food & Beverage Director or equivalent senior role in hospitality.
• Comprehensive understanding of food and beverage operations, including menu planning, inventory, and cost management.
• Outstanding leadership capabilities alongside strong communication and interpersonal proficiency.
• Competence in financial analysis and strategic business planning.
• Excellent organizational aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Preferred bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
